At Akyoto Secure, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and returns process as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

2. Time Frame for Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Opened software or digital products.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the original payment method will be credited within 2-3 days.
  • If your return is rejected, we will notify you with a reason, and the item will be sent back to you.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@akyotosecure.com and provide details of the issue. You will be asked to send the defective or damaged item to us.

6. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

7. Refund for Shipping Costs

In the case of defective or damaged items, we will cover the cost of shipping. For non-defective items, shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
